Great points Adam thanks. Yes I always think it’s better to aim for say 1–2 workouts per week and getting nutrition right 70% of the time, and nailing those things week in week out, than to set yourself up for failure by aiming too high (say 5 workouts and 100% healthy diet) and berating yourself for ‘messing up’ every week!
